At Utilities Customer Service in the Finance Department at Longview City Hall, customers may sign up for new water, sewer and garbage service, obtain account information, order drop boxes, or have their service discontinued. Customer Service Representatives are available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
